Logging an activity

    Tell it what you did

    Talk or type, in any order, straight after the shift or the course. Grammar doesn't matter.

    Check the draft

    AI sorts your words into your Board's format and asks about anything missing. You check every answer before saving.

    A tidy record with your learning plan, activities, reflections and evidence, whenever you need it.

How the AI help works

CPD records can be audited, so the AI has firm rules.

  • Facts come only from you. The AI is instructed never to invent dates, hours, course or provider names, or what happened.
  • It may suggest reflection. For example, how what you learnt applies to your practice or what you might learn next. Those answers are marked “AI suggested”.
  • It asks rather than guesses. Given only a topic, it asks what you learnt.
  • You approve everything. Nothing is saved until you've checked it, and you can edit every word.

Audit pack

One PDF with a contents page, a summary against each requirement, your learning plan, your CPD record laid out the way your Board's own template is, a numbered evidence list and a declaration to sign. The evidence ZIP uses the same numbers, so an assessor can match each file to its activity.

Every plan can download a logbook PDF, a CSV spreadsheet and a JSON file of its records, and Settings → Your data downloads everything at once.
