Accessibility
Last updated 19 Oct 2026
VitalCPD should work for every practitioner, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, voice control, zoom or high-contrast settings. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
- Every page works on phones from 360 pixels wide up to large desktop screens, and at 200% zoom.
- Every form field has a label, and errors say what happened and what to do next.
- You can use the whole app with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to content" link.
- Text and controls meet AA colour contrast in light and dark mode, and colour is never the only signal.
- Animations are turned off if your device asks for reduced motion.
- You can dictate into any text box instead of typing.
What we know needs work
VitalCPD is new. We test with a keyboard and automated checks as we build. A full check with screen readers (VoiceOver on iPhone, TalkBack on Android) is still to come before our public launch, so you may find problems we haven't yet.
Tell us about a problem
If something is hard to use, please tell us: support@vitalcpd.com.au or the contact form. Say which page and what happened, and we'll work on a fix. If you need your records in another format, we'll help.
