CPD requirements for medical radiation practitioners
What the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia's CPD registration standard asks of a medical radiation practitioner with general registration, and how VitalCPD keeps your records ready for an audit.
What the Board requires
- At least 60 h of CPD over each 3-year cycle (this one: 1 Dec 2024 – 30 Nov 2027).
- At least 10 h in each year of the cycle.
- At least 35 h of substantive CPD.
- At most 25 h of General CPD count toward the total.
- If you hold more than one division, do substantive CPD relevant to each.
Registered part-way through the year? Your hours may be less (pro-rata). Work out your own hours.
